I’ll complete a detailed assessment of your health history from birth until the present. This includes examining lifestyle information and reviewing lab work in a 60-minute virtual session.
Your Wellness Map
You’ll receive a detailed walk-through of your Wellness Map, which will guide your progress. This includes nutrition, movement, and other lifestyle factors.
Ongoing tailored care
Reassessment and ongoing guidance are provided in each session as we work together to stamp out symptoms and concerns.
